• One of our prime responsibilties is the regular collection of monthly rentals together with the preparation of monthly financial statements for our clients.
• Our lease documents comply with all legal requirements to safeguard owner's interests and these are constantly scrutinised in consultation with our legal representatives.
• We endeavour at all times to provide tenants of good calibre and properties are not released until potential tenants have fulfilled all financial obligations.
• Regular inspections are made to ensure that the property is kept in good repair. Emergency repairs will be actioned immediately. Large and non-urgent expenditure will be governed by competitive estimates and owner's approval.

Fees

• The cost of having a lease drawn up is £25 plus v.a.t.
• Our factoring fee is 10% of the monthly rental plus v.a.t. which is fully inclusive of inventories etc.
