Here are the services we provide for Tenants:

• A deposit is required for any property leased by PROPERTY LETTING AGENCY
• The tenant's name is transferred to gas, electricity and Council Tax ensuring they become the tenant's responsibility.
• A comprehensive vetting including personal interviews, bank and personal references ensure that tenants are of good character.
• A comprehensive inventory is prepared and a copy given to the lease-holder. A thorough check occurs at the end of each lease and any repairs or replacements are deducted from the original deposit.
• Routine inspections are made to ensure properties and their contents are being looked after. Any repairs that are required being undertaken.
